Bonjour BP investors! I am a new investor with no properties to date. I'm pursuing the buy and hold strategy in the Pittsburgh, PA area. I've been interested in real estate since I first entered my community colleges' library when I was 18. I'm now 25 and ready to finally make my move. I'm a four year veteran of the USAF, current student, and hotel service-industry employee. I'm open to investing in multiple areas of this city, mainly looking for those slightly distressed properties in decent-good neighborhoods. I'm really excited about starting out and today alone have spent roughly 12 hours investing in my education including getting to chapter 4 in the BP beginner guide! I look forward to sharing my stories and reading about others on these forums. Anyone from Pittsburgh looking to chat real estate over coffee, let me know!
