Cheers!!

Jim & Amy here.

My wife and I own a real estate and property management company in the foothills outside of Denver and are both licensed. Amy and I have been bingeing on macro econ and real estate podcasts for years. Amy turned me on to the Bigger Pockets podcast crew a year ago. GREAT CONTENT! We joined the Bigger Pockets community this year while we were in Florida buying additional single family and STRs to add to the portfolio. Amazing tools for analyzing investment opportunities. We’re back in Colorado and extremely excited about building potential relationships with like-minded investors looking to move to the next level. Team building and developing a network of professionals in the investment community is goal #1. Look forward to hearing from you!!

Something personal… Hmmm… Our family mantra is Work Hard, Play Hard and Be Nice!!

Hi Jimmy! I just wanted to chime in about the mastermind part of it. There are A LOT out there, so I would get very clear on what you hope to get from a mastermind, and be very specific. Every mastermind is going to be different. Some are built as pay to play, others are very educational in nature, some are business or industry specific, some are just entrepreneurs etc. As a member of several masterminds in the past, I can tell you each of those are going to be a very different experience and a different outcome. Join only what you feel will get your closer to that goal for wanting to be in a mastermind. Some are very pricey, so make sure you are getting the value out of it that you feel you are looking for, versus just hey this looks like a good mastermind to join. It may also be worth noting that it might be better to join a mastermind that is NOT real estate focused, as you can get a lot of that from just local REIA events. Having other people in your network from a mastermind that are in other industries can be very helpful for a different perspective and some connections that have helped their business. To me personally, those have been the most beneficial. I know enough real estate people, I wanted the focus to be something else lol. Good luck in your journey!

Good morning Alex,
  Thank you very much.  I appreciate your insight. We are attending our first BP meet-up in Denver this month.  Great advice to bring to the event.

@Jimmy Good

Congrats on the move!

My wife and I live here in Denver (GVR Area) and love to meet with people and network with like minded people and business owners!

We are Entrepreneurs by heart and have goals to build over the long term!

We have a small "Master Mind" group we created with some other people we networked with where we talk Real Estate, business, and help each other out with the goals and dreams we have as well as, vent about the problems we have gone through. We are all at early stages and have more then just Real Estate we are pursuing too but we try and meet monthly and are always looking for more people!

Hey Jimmy!

It's always great meeting like minded individuals. I LOVE your families mantra!

If you're looking for a good mastermind and amazing community to join I would look into Pace Morby's SubTo mastermind group. It has completely changed our lives and really helped saved us some time in increasing our portfolio.
