Hey everyone. Just wanted to introduce myself. I am new to the REI world(but not real estate; I'll explain below). Really excited to land my first deal. I have been analyzing properties, make connections with potential team members, and have viewed a few properties. My day job is that of a commercial lender/banker.
I have been in banking/lending for 24 years, and the last 10 has been in the commercial world. Yes that includes CRE investment properties and portfolio lending. So if I can be a resource for anyone in that regard, I'd be happy to help in anyway I can.

Hi fellow Fresnans! I'm about to close on my first deal. Its a short-term-rental (STR) style property in Florida and I am getting cold feet due to some wise words from other RE investors , though they are not STR people, not to mention the tumult in the market.
If anyone here has experience in the STR game, particularly long distance, please let me know! I'd love to hear your experiences.
