Newbie in Baltimore MD

Hi everyone!

I'm graduated last May from a small school in NYC (Cooper Union) with an electrical engineering degree. I've been interested in real estate since I read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" in high school. I got a job outside of Baltimore and I'm saving up with the goal of buying a townhouse or multi-family in the next 6 months. My plan is to live in 1 room/unit and rent out the extra rooms/units.

I love pretty much anything outdoors (biking, hiking, kayaking, camping, sports). If anyone else is into these things and would like to meet up PM me. I also enjoy programming, fixing things, reading, and learning new skills. I'm looking forward to becoming a part of the BP community here in B'more!
