Hello All,
I am new to Bigger Pockets but not new to investing. I have two single-family rentals and three syndicated deals. I'm looking forward to learning from this community and am very excited about the resources it provides.

One is in Montana, the other is in Utah. Id love to pick up another single family but with prices still high and climbing rates, it will take a bit more work to find a cash cow.
Yeah, cashflow is tricky to find, especially in Missoula. But the deals are out there, and I truly think there are more coming in the next 6-12 months. Are you looking primarily in Missoula?

Welcome Brandon! If you're looking for cashflow consider checking out Cleveland Oh, lots of cash cows up there.
Cool man, Helena is a great market. Such a stable foundation for property values and rents, with the capital there. I'd recommend attending the local meetup, it's a great group.

I am open to rentals in just about anywhere that is landlord friendly.

I'm an opportunist! I keep the leads I want and try to wholesale the rest if it makes sense. Our website will be up in the next week or so, so I'm hoping to have some deal flow from that as well.
