We bought our first primary home in Aurora in 1998. Below Iliff on Pheasant Run. 70's build $136k. Similar mortgage rates to today.

Just across the street from Buckley AFBs south entrance. I pick it up out of necessity from divorce, but ended up moving back in with her. Now we have some extra income and eyes wide open!
