New to BP and Real Estate Investing...located in Sacramento Area

Hello all....looking to start developing a network of people that can help me with this real estate investing journey. Like most, I've done a lot of reading and research, but haven't pulled the trigger on anything yet. I'm trying not to fall into the trap of paying for websites that I really don't need to in order to start looking for deals. To partner with someone or finding a mentor on BP would be awesome. I own a home currently, have good credit, a 20+ year career in the construction industry and have the capital to make a deal. I just want to minimize the amount of mistakes that can come along with my first investment. I'm interested in multi-family rentals, flips, BRRRR, etc. Thanks for reading!
