Hi All,
My name is Tanisha McKenzie - soon to be Real Estate Investor based in Austin, TX. I'm particularly interested in Fix and Flips and BRRRR with a goal to purchase my first property by EOY. I hope by becoming active on this platform to gain knowledge and form valuable relationships.
I would appreciate any advise from seasoned investors willing to share guidance on first steps in building a network and taking the leap in getting started as new investor as I can find myself at times taking on much information leading to a bit of "analysis paralysis."
