New Investor and Broker US and AZ

I'm brand new to the community!  I heard about this site through work.  I plan to utilize this platform to find investors for my investments and as a broker to help others locate investors to help them with their projects. I am currently an MBA student at CSU Global, just graduated from Real Estate School out of Nevada, and have worked in construction to perm lending in prior years.  I just bought 10 acres of land in Kingman Arizona and I'm excited to find an investor to help me get the property ready to house me and generate a nice-sized income.  It's in a beautiful area and my backyard backs into a beautiful winery and government-owned land.  It's a beautiful canvas that I can't wait to make come alive!  I'm thinking horses, healing retreats, events, some small houses....I know, I probably should have gotten 40 acres lol.....I am just bubbling over with the excitement of owning dirt!!  Luke Combs and Jordan Davis were quite the inspiration for the purchase!  Anyhow, I'm a pretty open book....message me and we can chat and see what beauty we can add to the world around us.  One project at a time and a lifetime of project sharing.....Hopefully, this post isn't deleted.....I'm trying to be very careful with what I say and how I say it because my posts keep getting deleted.  If you want to know more please don't hesitate to ask!!
