I am a structural engineer by day looking to branch out into the world of real estate investing. I've learned a lot so far from the Bigger Pockets podcast and I'm excited to be part of the investor community. I'm primarily focused on single family flips, BRRRR, or turn-key rentals. Hi Chris,

do you provide structural engineer reports? If you do, I would love your info. I actually have two clients right now seeking some evaluations due to flooding (we have had CRAZY rain the last month!) my guess is just water creeping in over the sill plate for both situations...but alas; I am not a structural engineer :(

Happy to talk shop with you about the KC metro REI arena. I am an investor focused agent, and in addition to my primary residence, own 3 SFR LTR (two of which I have gutted down to the studs and remodeled).

Unfortunately I'm not set up to provide engineering reports at this time. Apex Engineers has always been great to work with for residential structural inspections in the KC area.
