New Member Introduction
Hey guys, my name is Chuk. I am pretty new in the world of real estate. Super hungry and eager to get my hands on work to earn and learn as soon as I can. I am in the college station area. I have been wholesaling virtually In houston. I have managed to get a couple properties under contract, most of them fell through due to a lack of investor interest. I am now in the negatives as far as ROI with things like buying lists, paying for dialers, etc. I'd like to just get under some mentorship for a path that is proven and works in real estate. Whether that be becoming a realtor, wholesaler, or an investor. If you can point me in the right direction or to the right person it'd be much appreciated.

Real estate investing can be aided by joining local REIAs, attending networking events, and participating in mentorship programs. Obtaining a real estate license, collaborating with wholesalers, and reaching out to local investors can provide valuable insights. Online education and resources can also provide foundational knowledge. Persistence and adaptability are crucial for success.
Good luck!
