Good Afternoon everyone!  I am Lee and excited to start this journey.  I have bene in Real Estate appraisal for the last 3 years.  I am in a position where I am actively looking to complete my first investment purchase.  Any ideas, suggestions, or just encouragement is much appreciated!

Hi Brian. My wife and I got started in real estate in 2017. In 2018 we began sourcing off market deals by doing direct mail marketing campaigns. Turned it from a side hustle of flipping and renovating properties to owning and running a custom home building company. We build from Statesboro down to Richmond Hill. Got to get your first deal under your belt. It most likely won't be a home run, but it'll be the catalyst that gets your train leaving the station. We've lost money on flips which can hurt your pride a bit, but we took those lessons learned and improved every part of our process. Good luck, and you got this!
