New(ish) Investor/Business start-up in Pittsburgh
Hey Everyone,
Reaching out to connect with other local investors in Pittsburgh and learn more to grow our portfolio and business!
We currently own 2 long-term rental properties and are looking to add more. In order to fund properties, we’re focusing on starting a seller services business. The idea is to find motivated sellers and help them through the selling process either off-market (wholesaling/investor purchase) or on-market (hands-on coordination, cosmetic prep, referral to real estate agent). Would welcome any thoughts or feedback!
