Hello, I've been reading the site and have learned a lot. I'm sure I'll learn much more as I move forward in this new endeavor. I've been looking at properties in my area for over a year. I'm at the point where I feel comfortable enough in my knowledge to make an offer on the next deal that fits. My goal is +$3000/month positive cash flow. SFR, maybe a MHP.
