Looking for investors in my local market and advice on FHA loan for first property

I am planning on purchasing my first property sometime within the next year, in my local market of St. Petersburg/Clearwater, FL. I am reaching out today to get in contact with some investors that have bought or sold investment real estate in my market or anyone that has any experience/advice for someone that is using an FHA loan to purchase their first investment property.
