From the Flip Side - Acquisitions now to a Supply Channel Most Investors Don't Know
Hey everyone — Bill here from New Jersey. Spent several years on the acquisitions side of real estate investment, managing flips and underwriting deals, so I’ve seen firsthand how renovation budgets can make or break project economics.
These days I’m B2B Director at Aurora Circ, where we source pre-owned and showroom display kitchens and interior systems from high-end brands through a secondary supply channel most investors don’t know exists, a somewhat natural extension of the work, just from a different angle.
For the right projects, it means installing a higher-end kitchen than your budget would normally allow, increasing resale value, and lowering total renovation spend at the same time.
Looking forward to connecting with the community here! Always happy to talk deal economics, renovation strategy, or compare notes on what’s working in the market.
