I am very new to REI and am looking forward to learning a lot from bp as I already have in the past month, and growing as an investor.

my current hurdle is figuring out where to get contract paperwork. Does anyone have any suggestions? is there a website where I can purchase some for the state of MN? should I go to a RE lawyer to draft some up for me?
