Hey everyone. Been exploring the platform for a bit and figured it was time to introduce myself.

My real estate story starts pretty simply. I bought a duplex in 2024, moved into one side, and rented the other. Worked out well enough that I started helping my dad manage his duplex down the street too, which eventually turned into a full renovation project we did together over about two years.

Somewhere in the middle of all that I realized that I was good at the operations side and I started paying attention to how other investors talked about their property managers. The same complaints kept coming up. Communication goes dark for weeks. Maintenance gets handled slowly or marked up without explanation. Owners find out about problems after they've already gotten expensive. It felt like the industry had just accepted that this was normal.

That's what pushed me to launch Keystone Estates. The pitch is pretty simple: treat owners like partners instead of a revenue source. Proactive updates, full transparency on repairs with no markups, and guaranteed disbursements. If we place a bad tenant, we cover the eviction cost. If you're not happy, you can cancel anytime. No lock-in as I believe in earning a clients business every day.

We focus on single-family homes and small multifamily across Florida. Long-term tenants, buy-and-hold owners. Based in Orlando but I cover a wide footprint from the I-4 corridor down to West Palm Beach and up the east coast to Jacksonville as well as the greater Tampa area

Beyond investors I'm also hoping to connect with rental-focused agents, lenders, probate attorneys, CPAs, and anyone else who works adjacent to the landlord world. A lot of overlap in this community and I'd love to find it.

Still fairly new to BP so open to any advice on getting the most out of the platform. Looking forward to being part of the community.
