Newbie from Newark, NJ (Essex County) + Philadelphia, PA

Hello Everyone,

My name is Peter Ohazuruike. I am from Newark, NJ and I attend a college in West Philadelphia, PA. So I spend most of my time (Fall, Winter, and Spring) in Philadelphia PA and my summers in Newark.

I am new to investing in general. My goals include not only to profit from the real estate market (buying and selling at least one property per year to start off), but to be able to teach others what I know from the experience that I gain. 

I am willing to meet up with any local investors (I will be in Newark for a while) and talk about real estate as well as meet up with investors in Philadelphia starting around the end of August. Feel free to PM me or likewise. I am very willing to learn!
