I'm owner of a landscape company that employs 22. 5 years ago I came up with a plan to buy one rental "buy and hold" a year.
At year 5, I currently own 5 houses.
3 of these have no mortgage.
I own a 11,000 sq ft commercial building and an industrial park with 5 units.
My goal is to gross 15-20k a month to get out of the "rat race"
