New to REI from Birmingham, AL

Hi to all,

I am excited to finally get started on the path of real estate investing.  Though I'm new to this site and new to flipping I'm not new to the construction side of the business.  I own a remodeling/construction business that's been growing for the last decade and I've finally decided that as I get older, I don't want to be swinging a hammer til I'm 70 so I better put some of this knowledge to use and work towards retirement.

I have a TON to learn about the business of flipping houses (the niche I want to explore first) and am really excited to find a place to do just that.

Thanks for reading,

Mike Waller

@ Bryan Miles,

Thanks for the welcome Bryan, I read your profile and you've been busy with 350+ houses.  What do you think of the market in B'ham?  Still lots of opportunities to flip here?

Thanks,

Mike
