My name is Lori Anderson and my spouse is Paul. We reside in Lincoln Nebraska. I worked almost 40 years in the telecommunications industry in Human Resources. Paul has also worked in telecommunications (Construction, Engineering & Operations Management).
Although we have no formal experience in real estate we have purchased properties and built. We are both very hands-on and experienced in home ownership, and have an interest in real estate. We are investigating how we could create opportunities to utilize our skills in this industry.
Being retired but not ready to quit working, and my husband nearing the same, we are looking for an opportunity to work together, using the diverse skills we have. Having both worked in the corporate environment, we are seeking to move in an entrepreneurial direction.
We are just beginning to investigate flipping houses. Gathering information to determine if this is feasible for us and what is entailed to get started (i.e. licensing, financing, etc.).
