Hi everybody!

I'm Mike. I've been stalking the forums and listening to the podcast a lot lately, but today I post!

I've recently come in to a pretty decent boost in income and would like it all to go towards my better future. From what I can see real estate is the way to go.

I'm in this for the long haul, and I'm in the San Diego area, so I'm really concerned with buy and hold and out of state investing. However, I'll learn every little thing I can from here.

I'll be around, I look forward to growing and learning with you all!
