New at Real Estate Investing
My names is Lorie Gravitt I've been a mobile home park property manager for over 20 years, my husband & I have worked buying, rehabbing, selling mobile homes & renting vacant lots for other company's & we're really tired of making money for other people knowing that we have the experience & knowledge to own our own business & be as successful as we have been for other property owners. I think we just need a coach to help us move in the right direction for finding lenders to finance the property we intend on selling. I would appreciate any feedback on the process to get things going to get out of working for other property owners.
