thoughts and tips for a newbie?
Hello everyone. I'm here to try to get into the real estate field. I am motivated, hard working and have no idea what I'm doing. What would be a good starting point for someone like me? I have no experience, and I don't own any property of my own. Should I look Into rental properties and house flipping? Are there funding programs I should look into? Where should I begin? Thanks
