starting out in RE investing
I am just starting trying to learn as much as possible about real estate investing.would be interested in all facets but would concentrate on wholesaling and possible private lending. I think I will start with getting my RE LICENSE. any advice how to start, what to read first. will start next week need to take care of personal matters first to free me up and concentrate on my goals
