Hello my name is Jason. I hail from Tampa, FL with no background in real estate but some very successful friends in it. A good friend of mine referred me to this forum because of the plethora of information he has used in his first property investment. By all accounts I'm just a computer geek entrepreneur looking to diversify my assets. I hope to take the information learned here and build a business I can happily pass onto my son.
