New member interested in investing in Philadelphia area
i purchased my first investment property in the suburbs, a 3 br condo, based on advice from a relative. I was young and had no clue but now realize how poor a decision that was, barely breaking even on the property and seeing very little increase in value. Looking for a multiplex property to generate a little bit of cash flow. Hoping to connect and learn from investors in the manayunk, roxborough area, but open to investigating anywhere else close by worth investing. Also hoping to get connections to some brokers.
