My interest & passion in "Flipping" homes began over 13 years ago. I started a successful cleaning business in Maryland....Domestic Solutions, LLC.
In that time, I began working with a multitude of building contractors, lawyers, govt agencies, realtors & residential contracts. Within that time period, I started extending my services & interest level in the actual restoration process of the homes. This created a landslide of additional business for my clients.
Since my relocation from Maryland three years ago, I had to pursue a direct hire business strategy & temporarily set my company aside. I am established comfortably to pick up & pursue flipping homes with the support of a reputable investor/s.
Knowledgeable in researching available homes for purchase within a thriving area, low cost investment & a cost effective allotment cushion for restoration process for resale. Ability to identify cosmetic repairs, structure damage, hidden unforeseen issues that may effect additional profit margin cost for repairs.
