Quick Intro From Florida
Hello everyone,
My name is Tanner. I am a 25 year old, part time real estate investor out of the Fort Lauderale area. I've been lurking around on the site for a while, picking up information and advice. Today, I finally decided to join.
I have always had an interest in real estate, I just didn't know that it was going to turn into a passion until after my first deal. Here's a quick story on that deal.
I purchased my first home at the age of 20. It was what I like to call a "live in flip". I had the property for close to 2 years. Worked full time, fixed it up sold it for 3 times the purchase price and rehab cost. From that day forward, I have been HOOKED.
I have more properties now which generate nice monthly cash flow but I am looking to venture into the more creative side of investing so that I can generate a greater source of income that will allow me to quit my current JOB and turn my passion into a business.
