Found Deep Pockets from Google in search of a contract for wholesaling. I'm happy to have found it, I love it. Moved from Kansas City, KS. last September to Portland, OR. and landed in Salem. Was a taxi driver in KS. In Salem I am a licensed resident manager of an adult foster home. Have always liked the idea of real estate investing but didn't follow my heart.
