Hi I'm a new investor in the Rochester NY area
Hi, I live in Rochester NY and recently bought my first MFH! Which I'm currently house hacking. I'm starting to build my real estate portfolio, working on property #2 at the moment and just recently found Bigger Pockets! My goal is to buy 1 to 2 MFH's per year so i can build long term wealth for me and my family. I love the benefits of investing in income producing property and I'm looking to connect with other investors in the Rochester NY market!
