Hi everyone! I came across biggerpockets from listening to the podcasts which I've learned a ton from! My wife and I currently live in MD but we're looking into investing in rental properties in the San Diego region where my wife is originally from. Deals are definitely hard to find (we've found it especially hard to compete against all the cash investors!) but we're not giving up. Any tips for finding deals in SD?
