Hi Eric, would like to get more information about where that meet ups being held? I don't have any past experience. I am looking for a good first deal for a house to buy-rehab-sell anywhere in California. I am looking for an active realtor to help me out getting experience needed and to help out others if there is anything I can provide.

@Remon Hanna , Jeff Greenberg organizes meet-ups about once a month. The next one will be at the Unurban Cafe (3301 Pico Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90404) on Saturday April 9th. I'm not exactly sure what time it will be. Feel free to reach out to him.

re: rehabbing and flipping. For L.A., the pickings are pretty slim these days but doable with all cash. There are still a few markets where it would make sense. Feel free to get in touch if you need help.

@Lee L. Thanks for your valuable information Lee. I will contact Jeff. I m not really stuck to LA area. I prefer to start with low price property (100-150K) cash , which I will not be able to find in LA. I am concerned about a good deal wherever it is ?
