acquiring properties with little or no money down

Hey everyone!

Just recently signed up for bigger pockets and just trying to get a feel for this whole experience.

I just recently bought my second Toronto rental property using the equity from the first one. I'm looking for ways to acquire more properties for either fix and flip or buy and hold.

My goal is to be financially free as quickly as possible.
