I am BRAND new to this. I work in Corporate America but have always had a passion for literature that talks about financial freedom and personal financial development and education. The one word that pops up all the time is real estate investing.

I do not currently own any properties. I am trying to learn as much as I can through the Bigger Pockets podcasts and reading as many real estate books as I can get my hands on. My brother and I hope to buy our first rental property in 2017 (capital is a challenge) and from there we'll look to learn, gain experience and grown our project.

I welcome any and all advice, tips, strategies and constructive criticism.
