New Member From New Jersey

I am new to Bigger Pockets I love this site its so informative and everyone that I have been in contact with has been an amazing help thus far!!! I am currently looking for buy and hold and flip properties. I also would like to get into wholesaling. I am also looking for suggestions on a good realestate lawyer and title company in northern new jersey. I am looking for mutifamlies in decent areas no war zones.... I am excited about investing in real estate I feel it is the one solid investment that I can control that will continually bring in passive income consistently.
