Hello BP, 

my name is Tony.  I live in one of the most expensive markets which is Bay Area, Ca.  I am a kinda newbie to real estate investing. The reason why say I'm Kinda is because I bought my first house at the age of 25 not to invest but to buy home. Since  i've been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast and reading the forms I actually learned that I had made the right  decision and a good deal with my first house. Right  now I'm in the process of house Hacking. 

What I want to learn is wholesaling real estate and buy and hold for passive income. 

I'm would just like to say thank you all because reading what people post give  me knowledge and ideals.  I can't wait to implement the stuff I learned.
