Re-positioning and capital preservation (buying undervalued asset w/significant upside potential thru renovations and bringing in our own property management). Dallas is a great area w/population and job growth still making this one of the top U.S. market for REI. We likely will do more deals in TX and Dallas in particular. Also, I see many investors wanting to learn more in the large Apt space but lacking the capital, time, resources, connections to take advantage of this asset class now.
