Purchase distressed and undervalued real estate properties in Dallas, TX and California:

*Properties are strategically re-positioned through value-add remodeling.

*Leasing begins with identifying the ideal target tenant and designing applicable marketing techniques to appeal and motivate the desired target tenant to rent at our apartment community.

*Hands on, highly effective property management to maximize income, cost effective expenses, responsive 24/7 maintenance/repair all combine to create a "pride of ownership" appearance.

*Properties held for long term investment purposes and future capital appreciation.

Hi Glenn,

Is this your goal ? Not sure if you are looking for opportunities or these are experiences you have or if you are active only or would consider passive investment. If you are seeking opportunities in TX from a passive standpoint, give me a shout. We just closed on a 320 unit apt in Carrollton (N. Dallas) TX. Re-positioning and capital preservation (buying undervalued asset w/significant upside potential thru renovations and bringing in our own property management). Dallas is a great area w/population and job growth still making this one of the top U.S. market for REI. We likely will do more deals in TX and Dallas in particular. Also, I see many investors wanting to learn more in the large Apt space but lacking the capital, time, resources, connections to take advantage of this asset class now. Post link below offers some tips on how to be "intentional" w/your passive theme and still make money/learn.
