Moved back home to the middle TN area. I'm looking to find a subject to, lease purchase, or short sale deal near the Hendersonville or Goodlettsville TN area. I want to live there for my personal residence. Nothing big and fancy, just looking for a decent area. Looking to meet bird dogs to help me find a property quickly. Happy to pay a finders fee for a suitable property. Thanks all.
