Have flipped two personal residences over the past decade. One a simple flip needing carpet and paint. The second a major overhaul: foreclosure, empty two years, foundational issues, etc. I'd like to utilize the profits from those transactions to start a buy and hold strategy. I recently moved to a town that has a great rental market. I need to purchase my personal home and want to start adding some investment properties as well. Checking out the bigger pockets community to start building my business plan.
