New Investors From Montgomery Alabama.
Hi everyone,
My family who are investing with me all worked for our family nonprofit that was hostilely taken over from us and were all fired. We have started anew but wanted to set up alternate streams of income from either passive or active real estate so we are not caught in the situation again where 9 members of my family are all unemployed at the same time.
Doing this with my family (Brother, Sister, Father and Aunt). We are mainly looking to buy and hold with our goal being to acquire enough properties that all of our families can live off of the rental income in the future.
We have all had experience buying distressed homes rehabbing them and living in the for over 2 years as we increase our equity till we can find a bigger and better house that is distressed to do it again. We have decided to take that experience apply it to single family and multi-family units that we want to hold and rent (yay brrrr).
