I am an active duty buy & hold investor who has been winging it for the past 10 years. As I am looking to do a 1031 exchange and seeking my first all cash wholesale purchase for the first time I started searching the internet for pointers. Then I found Bigger Pockets. I have learned more in the past week then the previous 10 years. I am devouring the Blogs and podcasts. I am lining out a long term BRRRR strategy for acquiring properties in Navarre, Destin, Panama City & Myrtle Beach area. I want to thank all who have provided posts and inputs.
