Near beginner from Greater NYC area
Hi everyone! I've been "lurking" here on Bigger Pockets for a little while now, so excited to finally get my introduction out of the way.
I hail from Hoboken, NJ -- just outside NYC -- and consider myself mostly a newbie to real estate investing. I do have one rental property under my belt. Can't say I really knew what I was doing when I started out, but have successfully managed it from a distance for the past few years.
Real estate has always interested me and I think it could be a great path for my wife and I to gain some freedom from our daily grind, but we have lots to learn! Looking forward to the journey...
