New member - Edmonton Alberta
Hey everyone,
I joined BP a few months ago and have been testing the waters of real estate investing. I am married and work full time. I co-own a suited bungalow, living in the basement suite and renting the main floor. We now have enough saved for a decent down payment on a primary residence or for possibly a rental property or house-hack property. We could also be interested in doing a primary residence house flip within the next year, but are unsure of the house flip market in Edmonton and area.
I look forward to meeting other investors and learning from others experiences! We are eager to learn and eager to get our feet wet in this business. We would love advice from any seasoned investors in the area, and if someone experienced is willing to partner with us for a deal while we start out that would be extremely beneficial!
