I have some experience with purchasing and selling real estate.  I am primarily in finding & flipping and/or Finding, fixing, and Selling.  I welcome any sound advice as to how I can access funding with either partnerships or private funders.  I do the heavy lifting, investor gets paid!  I feel confident I can find the deals, evaluate for after repair value, oversee repairs if required, and facilitate sale of same through trustworthy Real Estate Agents.  Put me to the Test!

Hi Isaac, feel free to contact me to see if we can help each other in any way. I'm getting discouraged with partnerships, where people do not match my level of ambition for real estate investing. And experienced investors are too busy working and don't want to partner, but are happy to buy my deals from me. I decided I am not going to wait on anybody, so I am just pushing through on my own and so far so good. However, if the right person comes along, it could speed things up quite a bit.
