Excited about my first deal
I'm a real estate investor located in New York that invest in the DFW area that is looking to acquire 2 units within the next 12 months. I'm specifically interested in focusing my efforts on buy and hold. I’m a full-time cinematographer at a network called Cheddar. I just acquired funding for my first deal. I'm in the process of finding good contractors and property managers in the south Dallas, Desoto and Duncanville area.
