New Member in Eugene Oregon
Hi Everyone!
My name is Evan Nelson, I've been lurking on Bigger Pockets for a while now, listening to podcasts and I have finally gotten comfortable enough to begin the next stage by joining the online community here.
About me: I am a 24 year old University of Oregon senior Econ student, Oregon Army National Guard enlisted Infantryman (VA home loan!), and a motivated individual.
Goals: Simply put, I'm hoping to get a part time mentor that can give me a higher level of insight of the Eugene area, as well as help build up my self-confidence as an investor.
Experience: I have limited real estate experience other than helping family out with a couple properties. However as a Economics guy I have a very solid theoretical/mathematics foundation I'd say.
