New Member Investing in New York & Dallas

I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Melissa, and I currently live in Dallas, TX. I am a native New Yorker and spend my time in both cities throughout the year.
I have been trying to learn everything I can to start in the REI business. I'd like to focus on wholesaling, flipping, and buy and holds.
I have spent my career as a residential mortgage underwriter and my plan is to become a full time investor in 2017.
I have spent the last few months researching and planning my business. I am currently looking for an investor friendly real estate agent in both the Dallas and NY market. If you have any referrals I would truly appreciate it.
