Hey all-
My name is Justin and I'm new to real estate investing. My major goal for this year is to flip 4 properties. I have a background in construction and have worked in contracting for many years. I'm also very interested in BRRRR investing. I appreciate any and all advice and I hope to become one of the many success stories here on BiggerPockets.
Currently I am finding it difficult to find properties that actually work financially to flip in my market. I would love to find wholesalers in this area. In fact, this is what led me to BiggerPockets in the first place. I was searching for ways to find wholesalers and found BP. What a resource! I'm very excited to be a part of this group! There are so many great people and so much help here. I'm looking forward to making my mark in real estate.
